To start your office hour session, make sure you get a link from your instructor to join the discussion
Then you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your session using email address
Make sure you use the email address registered with your professor to be recognized for the session.
Step 2: Waiting for your session to begin
Once you are in, the system will check wether your session has come or not. If you, you will see a waiting screen and get notified when your session has come.
Step 3: Engaged in your session
Once it comes to your turn, you will be directed to a working screen with your instructor as above. You can use multiple functions of Virtual Office Hour to interact with your instructor, which includes:
- Communicate through chat.
- Share screen.
- Record the session.
- Use the collaborative tool to type match equation.
- End the session.
